Queued for 2hr30 on Halloween night for the whole experience to end in 15-20 minutes which included an introduction talk by one of the staff who let us know the experience wasn't suitable for pregnant woman before pointing to one of the guests in our group and asking if she was pregnant or just had a full meal - totally unacceptable!! We paid for Phobophobia Halloween Special tickets and didn't receive any glass of fizz on arrival, as stated on the ticket. Inside there were about 5 actors in total and the whole of the upstairs area was pretty much empty, there were no historical talks and actors were telling us to run through as quickly as possible. Waste of money and felt like a last minute money grab for the owners before lockdown. I want a refund.
