Went here for an ear infection which was very pain...

Went here for an ear infection which was very painful. I was told it would be real quick but ended up waiting for 3hrs. I was the only one there but each time someone walked in the door they would see them first! There is a sign saying they do not work on a first come first serve basis which is ridiculous. I had to leave to check into work for 30 mins, when I came back the receptionist said they were all full and they could not see me. I have gone to this so called clinic multiple times and this has happened each time, I have yet to see a doctor. I think they just can't figure out how to treat certain medical problems. Ear infections must be one if them. Horrible place! I do NOT recommend it. If the Ferndale clinic is open, go there instead, those are real doctors.
