Beautiful gym, but absolutely horrible management and staff. I'm an all access corporate member of Equinox and have been for many years. Never had such a terrible experience with the front desk (a girl named Natalie Duncan) and the General Manager, Charlie Linville. Absolutely horrific, insulting and condescending behavior from them. As a result of their behavior, I'll be cancelling my membership to Equinox all together. Shame on your Charlie Linville for treating long time loyal members the way you do.
