I introduced myself unexpectedly to come see a used vehicle posted on the internet. Warm and courteous welcome by the lady at the reception.

No recommended opportunity available (my mistake, it's Saturday, I should have made an appointment). The lady at the reception escorts me to the waiting room located in the new vehicles section when I mention that I made 1 hour and 45 minutes of road so that I can not go back later. 2 times we make sure of my comfort and offers me a refresh.

After a short wait, I am accompanied again by the lady in Khaled's office, my adviser. During our relaxed discussion at his office, other members of the team are busy picking up the vehicle stored on a lot outside the dealership for the test drive.

As I live outside and want to have the vehicle inspected in an independent garage, Khaled will make sure a few days later to bring the vehicle to the garage of my choice and bring it back after the inspection. . This will save me from losing a day traveling, procedure and waiting.

A reputation is hard to build, difficult to maintain but pays to maintain. This dealer seems to fully understand this issue.
