The property management side of this location are not exactly taking care of a property as they should and it appears that they are only concerned about getting renters into the property. The property I speak of hasn't had a new coat of exterior paint for over 20-years, which has now caused dry rotting to the trim wood. The driveway has been cracked (serious) and damaged for 15-years, but no repairs. Because the previous renters did not care for the landscaping, the backyard is torn apart and the sprinkler system no longer works properly. The backyard also now has a scorpion issue the the neighbors now have a problem. The front yard is bare and even though they are showing the house for future renters, there are black widow webs near the front door and windows. The previous renters had and continued to have termite issues in and outside the home. I spoke with Diane and got the obvious brush-off. I left a voicemail for the owner, but got no response. This property at 6850 W. Sunnyside Drive in Peoria, AZ is causing the values of the other homes to be hindered, because no-one will take proper care of the property.
