Dealing with SWS was a terrible experiences.
I asked them to run a diagnostic test on my pc. My hard drive showed up faulty so i replaced it.
Then i asked them to install my OS. They did but they messed it up. Now they are running another diagnostic test that has been in "process" for some time now. Just waiting for them to try and bill me for a problem they caused. Dealing with the employes was also a very frustrating process. A employe named Dillon was very rude and disrespectful to me while trying to get them to fix my computer.
