Interesting combination of cuisines with a decent ...

Interesting combination of cuisines with a decent selection, but lacking a little in quality. Several choices were almost "leftovers" in the buffet and not replenished quickly enough to keep things fresh.

For example, the pancakes offered with the duck were dry and breaking apart instead of soft and moist, and the chicken tikka sitting in the tray was barely lukewarm. Several rice/noodle containers were virtually empty and I was basically scraping the bottom to get anything like a portion.



Would I go back? Maybe. On a different night at a different time perhaps the offerings would be better and fresher, but cost cutting is never an excuse for below par food. If you have a group of fussy eaters that can't agree on what to go for, then there's at least something for everyone, but would I go out of my way to go back or to recommend it to friends? I have to say, not especially.
