I have yet to hear back from them after our hour and a half consultation on finishing our basement. It's been over three weeks. The representative was supposed to send us documents to get us started and put us on the schedule for August. Very disappointed especially given the fact that i expressed my worry about being stuck with an unreliable company after paying. He had reassured us that they were not like that. Glad this happened before we paid anything
