Is there a 0 star option? I live in University Village and Phoenix Rising Management is the worst. They used to have a rock star community manager Matt who's on top of everything and for the last 3 years we have Gio and Sonya, who are a total waste of time. Slow or no response to email, i haven't seem any of them walking our neighborhood over the last 3 years, lack of communication to the community, tons of cigarette butts out side of one of our building for 2 + weeks (see pix), no knowledge on how to deal with dead trees that have been around for 6+ years. The list goes on and on and you can NEVER get them on the phone. I own another condo up at 3660 N Lakeshore Dr and the management there is 100 times better.
