My daughter has some mental disabilities. She went and got assistance from LIEHP. She had a late notice and was concerned about losing her power as she has a $2000 Humira shot in her frig. Alden was our customer service rep. She was rude, gave my daughter wrong information then accused my daughter of yelling at her. My daughter explained she was deaf in one ear and had her on speaker. The way Alden spoke and her customer service was AWFUL. I took the phone from my daughter and told her we needed to know if her power was being shut off. (She had said it was in danger of being turned off, I heard the entire conversation.) She became confrontational and replied, "I have told her 3 times it is not!" Which is quite opposite of what she had told us. Alden is definitely not a customer service candidate. When she begin yelling at me I wished her a good day and hung up.
