The hall is good, spacious. The trainers are never refused help and it s generally nice to do, but there are two fatty minuses. On weekdays, in the evenings there are just a huge number of people. It is simply impossible to do it - there is no place, everything is taken, you have to stand in line to take the simulator! Of course, the management staff absolutely do not care about it and are not going to fight it somehow. Regarding the management staff, there is also unpleasant experience. They know how to smile at new people to recruit, but not to keep old ones. They communicate very brazenly (not all, of course, but there are some), with any complaints they leave the topic of the conversation with some general phrases. And also a very annoying policy to name and annoyingly ask a person why he suddenly stopped going with an active subscription. I am generally silent about the prices of subscription, freezing and personal training, unfortunately "profitable promotions" are held only for people who have never been involved in the hall before. In short: to pretend that they listen to customers and actually do nothing - this is Energy Fitness Telecentru!
