We used Intermountain to do our initial loan and to refinance our house and I can't imagine going anywhere else. Ian was proactive, helpful, and extremely fast helping us get everything done. The service and attention to detail is incredible and they are extremely easy to work with. I've heard horror stories from friends using other lenders; my wife and I can't recommend Intermountain Mortgage highly enough!
