I am a small business owner and because of that I have a huge appreciation for great customer service. That is exactly what I received from Vernon Ford with the purchase of my truck, and continue to receive afterwards. They have called me once a week ever since I bought the truck last month just to make sure I was happy with it. The salesman, David Warren was a pleasure to work with. Vanessa in finance has been great, and very understanding about our trouble finding our misplaced title on our trade. (finally did).

Then there was the gentleman (I believe it was Keith) who drove my new pickup up to St. Louis. He arrived at 5am like I asked him to, but not before filling up the diesel tank and trying his best to wash off all the bugs that he hit driving through Missouri.

This dealership has truly gone above and beyond and I will definitely be purchasing more vehicles from them in the future.
