Worked with Leo on two different mortgages. One that had to be completed very quickly, and one later in February. Leo was extremly efficient and helpful given that we were in two different cities and all docs were dealt with in a very timely and accommodating manner. Leo discussed all the options and gave advice and convinced us to take one type of mortgage with great low rates that will save us a considerable amount of money over the term of the two mortgages.
