Not the best experience. Responsiveness and follow up has been a challenge. I had a number of trees sprayed and one relocated to plant new Arborvitae. The Arborvitae Jacobsen planted are thriving and look great however the trees that were sprayed look terrible and the relocated tree died immediately which they attributed to severe shock. Next time I will have a tree specialist handle the tree work.
