I've had many good experiences with Diazo, but I just had a very unfortunate one that negated the trust they had earned. As part of a quote I received before placing an order, they told me the order would be delivered for free because it was over their minimum for free delivery... after receiving the delivery, they charged $19.50 for for shipping. I called and attempted to resolve the charge and spoke with the same person who told me I would get free shipping. They admitted they told me I would receive free shipping and went on to tell me they had a "company policy" about delivery addresses that she didn't mention previously. She refused to offer any concession, even as small as an apology for the misunderstanding. No logic in how this was handled, good people there, maybe she was having a bad day, but they lost me as a customer.
