We were first recommended to use Senior Planning Services by the social worker at Troy Hills Center in Parsippany New Jersey where my brother - in-law had become a resident in the December 2014. As soon as we had contacted Senior Planning we were scheduled to meet with a representative at our home and were instructed as to the paperwork needed to start the application process. Our final Case Manager was helpful far beyond my expectations. Our communications were very detailed and her knowledge of the Medicaid application process made me feel confident that we had made a good decision choosing Senior Planning Services for this. Anytime I had a question she was very responsive in answering. Even after my brother was approved for Medicaid she was answering lingering questions that I had.
