Strongly suggest utilizing your own resources or another firm. This firm is lazy when it comes to leg work you can do yourself and eliminate unnecessary attorney fees that diminish your claim. I had to do a lot of phone calling and data gathering on my own to facilitate my claim where I was the victim in an auto accident.
