I have been using policies online (ex telephone) for at least 25 years and Genialloyd is the one that has always given me a lot of trust.
Today, I have to change my mind.
Since yesterday, Friday, I have been trying in every way to activate a new policy (which in the meantime I paid on Thursday) because the documents I sent are not locked by the automatic system.
Therefore, almost certainly, I will have to wait for Monday hoping to be contacted.
