My phone has been at this shop for about 6 weeks n...

My phone has been at this shop for about 6 weeks now. I have called on a close to weekly basis for updates and have been told it would be finished repairs on a certain 3 different times. Every time those days come and go, they never bothered to update me that the phone is in fact, not ready. At this point, I've given up. Terrible customer service.
