This courthouse takes months to type out orders if it does so at all, and it is hit or miss if they send out notifications of hearing dates. Generally I have to call the helpline to find out hearing dates. This courthouse is not unique, Reading is as bad, but it is one of the worst.in a generally very bad nationwide County Court system where everything moves at a snail's pace, email filings do not get placed on the record, emails go unanswered, hearings get adjourned almost routinely (sometimes 2 or 3 times on a trot) and to boot it all fees are so high that litigants face a barrier to access to the courts in any event, especially when they have to keep filing applications to set aside judgments for hearings that they were never notified about to start with..
