Took over 3 HOURS for us to get our food after the...

Took over 3 HOURS for us to get our food after they said delivery would be 1 hour. We called at 1.5 hours to check and they said they had called us. They had not. And to check our phone was working, the guy then called us and we received the call just fine. We gave them two numbers to call. They then said 1/2hr more. 1hr later and no food. The delivery person didn t even answer when the manager tried to call twice once that extra half hour was up. The manager blamed us for the time even though the driver had failed to make contact with us. They were completely unwilling to apologize for this incident or to offer us some sort of compensation for a THREE HOUR WAIT. Obviously after 3 hours the quality of food is affected and also isn t that against health and safety codes to just serve food after a certain period of time after just leaving it out...TERRIBLE customer service, delivery and thus mediocre food upon delivery. Ironically, we were going to try a new Thai place but stuck with T.G. We ve been ordering from T.G. from the same phone to the same address and never had a problem. T.G. Express just lost a loyal customer.
