We have been customers for a long time. On almost every occasion, Shottenkirks exceeds our expectations. I am satisfied with the service of my vehicle, customer service this time fell a little short. I was not greeted by name, and was not called by name when my vehicle was finished ("You had the black traverse?") It appeared the employee had much more on his mind. Being called by name is an easy way to make people feel valued. Also, no free car wash, maybe I just missed that this has been discontinued.
