It's terrifying when you run such a big operation and service so many people that you have no skeleton staff available on Christmas day. We've been offline for over 48 hours and not a soul to support us.

You don't even note you not available on the bot, and the bot is limited to stupid responses and no real insight or ticket creating options.

Horrible customer service in place.
