The door to door tactics of selling this service is invasive and hostile. I was coerced into thinking the salesman was from pge and that I needed to update my gas usage. The salesman showed up the same day that pge was working in the area and talked very fast and confused me into signing up for this gas exchange with no explanation why.
I would have given 1 star but thankfully I called back the next day and Kathy on the phone was very helpful and canceled the service with no hassle.
I m sure the service they provide is for some people but the door to door sales approach makes me think otherwise. Be careful when you answer the door.
