I have spent a month with the service and have tried to resolve issues only to be pushed constantly to remain a customer. I hate TWC and the BS ways they try to push their CSR's to retain customers. I was on the phone for 57 minutes just to cancel my service & felt like the rep was a car salesman! Then after that whole crappy experience, I still won't be cancelled until I return their equipment, there is no phone number associated with the only site this equipment gets returned to. Isn't THAT a joke! ZERO STARS 0 OUT OF 1-10
