My step-mom is in Crestview. The people that assist her also steal from her. I have sent her something as simple as a few pens with writing paper and they stole it. She recently received two pairs of polyester slacks and they were stolen even before she got a chance to wear them. A lot of the patients seldom receive a gift and when they do - it disappears. How sad.
And the meals at this facility are rarely served hot. The patients can't even get a hot cup of tea or coffee. It is ice cold.
This is a pathetic place with pathetic employees.
Look somewhere else to place your loved one.
