Brought my laptop that wouldn't turn oh here. The person at the service counter was very rude. I left my laptop here and payed them to trouble shoot it. I got a phone call a few days later and all they would tell me is that it was dead and tried to get me to talk to a sales man about replacing it. When I tried to ask questions about what exactly was wrong with it and what caused it to not turn on anymore, he wouldn't give me a straight answer. I think that I will get a second opinion!
