I have 3 separate charges from this company. One in the amount of $213, $168, and a final one in the amount of $345 all charged apparently on March 29, 2018. I have absolutely no recollection on how or why I would have any charges as I've never so much as set foot in their company building. I wasn't sent any letters, informed via phone call. It's a good thing I checked my credit score otherwise I would never have known. I really would like for someone to speak with me about this but I'm just transferred from person to person.

:Edit: I was contacted twice by the company, once to get the charges taken out of collection and another to ask me to modify my Google review. The first interaction asked for my insurance information to get this handled. The second offered a star bucks gift card for me to change my review.
