Be careful -- my order was not delivered and no credit has been issued and it has been almost two weeks with no promise of resolving it. My only option now is to request a chargeback from my credit card company.

Email answers are delayed for days and the refund is clearly not on the way. I would recommend shopping elsewhere. I should have read reviews before I ordered, but I fell for the flashy website. Don't make my mistake!
