I had to wait about a month to bring in my items. That was the soonest appointment she had. I showed up exactly on time and was turned away because they do not take kids clothes. I quietly turned and walked away with my son. On of the girls working there came out and verified my name. Either way they don't take children's clothing. We left. I remembered on the drive home that I was specifically told when I called that they do not take Garanimals which is a kids line of clothes from Wal-Mart. So I called to let them know that whoever I scheduled with told me this. They proceeded to tell me maybe I called another store. No. You even came out and knew my name. I was transferred to the manager because she didn't like my tone. Wait what I'm frustrated and I'm calling to try and make sure the same mistake doesn't happen to someone else and now I'm getting blamed for the mistake!! I advised the manager that I know I called the right store because I live in the same town as the store so I know where I called plus the verification of my appointment after I left. She proceeded to act like it was my fault and tell me I was being unreasonable. I just hung up. Don't bother giving these unprofessional people your business!!!
