Service is great, they don't deserve the one star....

Service is great, they don't deserve the one star. However, the Finance Department is awful. Once you sign on the dotted line, they drop you like a bad habit. My calls are never returned. The people I ask to talk to are never there. The Finance Department is out of touch. This place has a great selection, good salesmen, and a great service department. Hopefully the finance department can improve so others don't have the experience I have had.
