Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. On the edge of the hotel is Buckingham Palace. You can walk to Victoria Station in 5 minutes. I was able to check in on November 16th, but I was trapped in Paris at the time of the Paris bombing on the 13th. So I want to change my plan and go back to London one day in advance. The hotel is very willing to change the plan for me to stay. The staff were really very warm and friendly, my feet were broken, and the employees tried their best to help me.
