There is a public restrooms here..... Usually very hard to find in the city especially downtown on Market street. The Chipotle made me sick. I got a diamond tested at the Kay's Jeweler. Nice people. If you are in the city and want to get inside and sit down for free, go here. There are a lot of stores. The usual mall stores plus very high end stores.
