Edit: my 3-7pm window came and went. 3 phone calls later the installers show up at 9pm. It s now 1:15am and they just left

Why schedule jobs when the start time could be as late as 8-9pm if the job could last 3-4 hours. I understand if it was an emergency job. But this was a scheduled job
