Had a wonderful stay at the Kapalua Villas until check out time came. While, yes, we were a little behind with leaving the villa at the scheduled time, the front desk staff were beyond rude and condescending to us about it - the receptionist even hung up the phone on my husband in the middle of their conversation. We were both beyond offended by her action and as newlyweds who paid for nine nights at Kapalua for our honeymoon, it was extremely disappointing to end our stay on such a note. I sincerely hope that other couples who come to stay at Kapalua in the future, for such a special time in their lives, do not get treated in the same manner as we did.
