Ariel Chu Review of CodeGears
Professional, easy to communicate at the beginning...
Professional, easy to communicate at the beginning of the project. As the time goes by, the project was delayed by 2 month delivered unfinished. It took total one full calendar to deliver instead of the promised 4 month on the contract. They will fix bugs as promised but best believe your next delivery is sometime next month. So the average TAT for a technical question to be answered is one week and one month to fix a bug.
The coordinator and the programmer are cooperative and helpful, the firm is understaffed; the worst experience were with the sales--who had absolutely zero knowledge about programming, planning, software engineering UX/UI, scope, software, never up to date with app versions, does not understand user maual neither do the which softwares needed license and which ones are free dispite they are provided by Google, the sales are surprisingly very good at over pricing projects. Absolutely time wasting talking to them. For a small native informative app, I would recommend consider your project with them, but for a multifunction service app; chances are their no brainer sales staff will overpriced your business with a terreible deliver. Feel free to verify with me for any information.
