They will try and go with the highest quote from any bank to get more money in their pocket if the deal goes through. Buying a house is supposed to be exciting , well in my case it was nothing but stressful had to switch mortgage brokers randy is super unprofessional so I do not recommend going through select mortgage . He tried to get my boyfriends dad to dip into his retirement fund and hes not even the one trying to get the house he was just gifting us money with closing that's it . This place is a joke his communication skills are unacceptable .
