My grandfather was transported to this hospital on Friday because of collapsing and very low blood pressure. We did not want him to go this hospital, but for reliability based on the ambulance they have to take any patient with low blood pressure to the nearest hospital. When we got there they did not know where my grandfather was, five different people came in asking for the wrong person and trying to test on him that were meant for other patients. He was also soiled and we had to ask several times then demand them to change him. He was then admitted and when admitted finally to a room after getting there at 7:30 am to finally getting a room at 5:45 pm, he was soiled again and we asked for him to be changed, the cleaning lady got mad stormed out of the room and treated him like a dog and said, well now he has to wait. The nurse also complained that she could not get him all his medincines because she had too much work and could not deal with him. Not only that they doctor came in and did not even know who he was and very rude until my mother and I started to argue and tell him to have some bedside manner. Not only that the rooms are disgusting, very dirty. Today was the final straw where my grandfather called for someone to help him be cha he s and they left him with a soiled pamper for two hours and peed sheets and dressing gown. He also had spilled pee from a container on the floor from the previous night and no one came to clean. We had to argue with the nurses for them to come and finally clean him and the floor and asked for him to be discharged. Also the food looks as if a five year old made the food with play dough and for anyone thinking of taking their family members here do not. The nurses and doctors are uneducated, rude, and believe they are on the streets of Miami- beach with the way they speak to each other, the patients, and family members. I will be sharing pictures of my grandfathers room which he shared with another sick patient. Who also kept asking for help, but the nurses ignored him.
