We cannot recommend to go to this accomodation! Our tablet PC got stolen out of our locked private double room. The room was only accessible with a key card, so someone with a suitable key card managed to enter the room since the door was not broken at all. The staff tried hard to be helpful, but was completely overwhelmed with the situation. The hostel manager was not available the whole time. We contacted Generator HQ for a compensation request about three weeks ago, but did not receive any answer, yet. Seems to be that Generator does not care about their customers at all! We are completely dissapointed and won't book Generator Hostels anymore in the future.

Update 14.02.2019: I sent an Email to you like you suggested. Never got an answer. This totally confirms the expression you gave to me during our stay. No customer orientation at all.
