What a nightmare. They came out to my house in July 2018 and told me that I needed to replace my older unit which just kept stopping would work for a period of time and then just stop.

So I replaced the unit with a brand new unit and then just a few months later after many Thousands of dollars the unit started doing exactly what my old unit was doing. They then told me it was now my old copper line and sure enough about another thousand dollars would fix the problem. Now mind you this was after 2 service visits where they told me everything was fine! So I paid the money in hopes that would fix the problem but guess what???? Only a couple of weeks later the unit stopped working again!!!!! When I called I supposedly got a manager who seemed to care assured me that a manager would come out and someone that could finally fix the problem.

10 minutes later I received another call from a woman in the office who told me they are Just going to send a technician to finish the copper install which they told me was done and charged me two weeks ago??!!!! obviously that was not the case. She then told me the technician claimed the job was done without speaking to a manager.

They are actually here right now still haven t fixed the unit and I don t know what to do. this is ridiculous! buyer beware! I don t know what to say they seem nice enough but they just can t do the job! Run away from this company as fast as you can.
