This company was amazing to work with. Contacted them on a wednesday night and were here early the next morning. Worker came and assessed the problem making sure I understood what was wrong before fixing it. He was a very hard and honest worker. He even gave me a few bucks off for being a teacher. I will definitely be using promag energy for all my electrical needs 10/10 service

This company are not as good as people say they come to my house on saturday to repair my ac it worked while tech was there then he left 5 minutes after stop work call to get him back was told had to wait till monday then we make time for after 5 pm and they call at 9 to say on the way tell them we work and have to listern to a load of cheek from the lady on the phone so 110 dollars later and 3 days still nit fixed

Just bought a brand new house and called them because the ac unit went out and Fred was here in less than an hour and helped me get a new AC the next day!!!! Love this guy!!!

They did a good job. Pretty cheap and I haven't had a problem since. got one of their maintaince plans and they call and come out and do stuff every now and then. i'm not good with ACs but I know it's crazy cold when they come by and do their thing. Definitely worth it.

If I could give negative stars for this company I would...DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS...I had a new unit installed on Saturday. I had technicians out here Monday, Tuesday and again today and I am currently sitting in my house and it is 85 degrees in here. I called the oncall service and was told they have no technicians available in the Kissimmee area. This is unbelievable

Everybody at Promag was fantastic to work with. The technician got there earlier than I expected (they called to make sure that was ok first) and he was very detail oriented, making sure my unit was running perfectly. He gave me a few tips to keep my unit in tip top shape. The ladies in the office were so sweet and very quick to respond. Very fairly priced. I will never use any other company for my air and heating needs.

Two great technicians came to repair a bad coil in our AC unit. We have AC upstairs and downstairs. Somehow the thermostat broke during their time here upstairs on the unit that was being worked on and the downstairs AC no longer worked when they left. JD, the owner, got on the phone with me and actually yelled at me. It's been a bizarre experience. Still trying to get AC going. UPDATE: The owner saw the one star review I left and came to my house today with a technician and got our AC running again. They finished the job they started yesterday. Appreciate them not ignoring the unresolved issue.

They installed the wrong unit on my house, I don t know anything about ac so I trust the pros, two years ago I had a broken coil and the only way for me to be able to afford the repair was to finance a whole new unit, the only way to survive working in a kitchen, driving a car without ac and all in the heat of Florida is to come home to a nicely cooled house, that s not a problem unless they give you a 2.5 ton when you need a 3.5 (I had another company come out and confirm) I payed for something I didn t get and all the while paying their fees to come tell me it s my ducts (also not true) save yourself some stress. This company seemed so helpful at first, I feel dumb but here to spread the word

BE CAREFUL I usually dont write a review, but I am taking time today on my son's birthday to make sure noone uses this company. I had an emergency situation in which they were going to come out to service my unit in the morning. I had a senior and his dog in a cottage at Disney. They assured me they would be out the next morning. I called at 8:30 and they said my unit was next. I called at 11am and wanted a status update. They said they called me. Which they did not, and in fact of all the phone calls I made, they wrote down the wrong number then informed me that they would have noone else out there til next week. They made the error and I get to pay for it. I told them it was unacceptable and they just said, sorry nothing they can do! I called through a google site so at the time I didnt have the name of the company and they refused to give it to me. I called back many times and they said that they didnt know the company I called...?? Very strange answer. I called back about 14 times and finally Jackie anwered the phone Promag, so I know I had the right number. When I called the number direct, they just hung up on me. I told them I would inform others of their bad customer service and she said. " what are you gonna do huh" in a very condescending manner. I did not rest this morning til I at least knew that people understand that maybe they did a good job while they were there, but if they mess up, it is not the company that will take ownership for their mistake and will leave you hanging. Then they will just hang up the phone on you so they dont have to deal with you.

Totally clueless, I guess if the problem is obvious and doesn't require thinking, they might be ok but my problem wasn't obvious and the person who came to work on the issue obviously didn't have a clue. He was doing the type of stuff I would do and I'm far from an electrician, it's like he had no training at all. I know more about basic electrical wiring than this person.

Fred did a great job, as always. ProMag been taking care of our a/c needs for 17 years and we ve recommended them to many of our friends.

I have a town home duplex that always get serviced by ProMag. On Saturday 2/28/2015 two tech were sent to service the ac units. Matt took care of my home 535 and Alex took care of my mother's home 537. Matt and Alex have been by far the best tech Ive ever met in the many years with this company. They were very polite and respectful. They were nice enough to explain the maintenance check. They also explained the importance of having good quality filters. They left some recommendations for future maintenance. For the first time in many years I got a AC TECH not a SALESMAN!

I was referred by my sister. She purchased a new central ac system recently. I called and they came out in the middle of the night to repair my ac. I have a new born and was so surprised by how caring and prompt they were.

Service Technician Brandon Moore was awesome, respectable, and knowledgeable. I would give 5 starts to the service technician if I could. My Star Rating reflects the company. Last year I had my AC replaced very promptly and I was satisfied up until a few days later that the humidity in my house felt different and unconvertable to me, my son, and wife. I called Promag to tell them my concern and I spoke with a guy who told me that It was not the AC, that It was me and my wife. He told me that the AC works to Florida Specs. I asked him what the Florida Specs were and he told me to google it and to buy a humidity sensor to check the humidity in my home. He bragged about his 30 or 40 years of experience and hardly let me talked. He made me feel real bad about my purchase. So 1 year later I decided to have a preventative maintenance inspection on the unit and Technician Brandon came in. I told Brandon about my previous experience with Promag regarding my humidity concern. Brandon confirmed that all that I have to do is change the Hemostat inside my home so that it controls the humidity. That s a great answer!! That s all I needed to know from Promag at the time that I was showing concern about my humidity to be satisfied, in addition to living like this for a whole year. I remember talking to Promag 3 different times about getting any upgrade so that I can control the humidity in my home and no one mentioned this solution. I will buy a Hemostat that controls humidity inside my home and I hope that Brandon was right, that it will control the humidity in my house. I will still keep giving Promag a chance for them to give me service at my home since they installed my unit and the prices are not bad for routine maintenance. I have dealt with 2 different service technician, one being Brandon recently, and the other technician when my AC died last year. All technicians treated me with respect and were knowledgeable.

Promag has been my ac company for years. They always catch any problems my ac could get before it even happens. They've kept it going for years!

Mike from the ocala office came out and serviced my air conditioner with great professionalism and answered several questions I had about cooling issues and offered several options for repair without pressure.

We have had service from ProMag, specifically Al, for almost 10 years and he has always been professional, very helpful and given great service. Each time our unit needed service, he was there quickly and solved the problems for us.

Please read. This company is awful and rips off their customers and employees. They lie to their customers. They would have their installers suggest to the poor customers and then do expensive and unnecessary work that they dont need. Ive been told this and other shocking information by a former employee. So before you need work done please do research on any company to avoid a bad experience.

The service technician who came, Fred, was very warm and personal. He acted entirely professional and went to work immediately. He did all the inspections that he was supposed to do in a timely manner. After he was finished he made recommendations of what needed to be done and the amount it would cost to do them. He was not pushy in trying to sell me these things, thankfully, but just suggested that it would be good to have them done.

This has been one of the worst experiences as a new home owner. I purchased a BRAND NEW HVAC unit from Promag and it has been absolute trouble ever since. The largest of these problems has been having my unit inspected by the county. Now, a year and a half later, still no inspection. Though, my countless calls to Promag and the county, I have still been unable to ensure that the unit was safely installed. I have had multiple appointment cancellations on service appointments. I have spoken to management, and through rude and crass "customer service" have had more problems with them than I can count. If it was not for the fact that I still need my unit inspected, I would not be dealing with them anymore. I cannot wait for the day that I can turn my back on this experience. I have asked on more than several occasions to speak with the owner JD Harris and still have not been contacted.

Be careful with the guy named Fred! He called me liar about verifying the service call which I did. I have two phone outgoing calls to them. Is this how you treat a veteran. Other than Fred the service call number was great and responsive.
