The civil division hasn't answered its phones in the last three days. It is defunct. Worst phone tree imaginable. Trying to talk with this court over the phone makes me wish I had a cat clawing at my back for hours while a child was scratching a chalkboard. Yesterday I waited on hold phone tree for 31 minutes it never connected to anyone.
