Staff seemed unprepared for our group in January. They also stated to a few of us that they'd help us find a certain dress but would then forget for up to 30min. I'm a size 4 but they put me in a dress that was so large that there was no way of knowing what it could look like so I didn't get that one. Very slow check out process.

I've gotten a dress from here before (2014) and it was made incorrectly and they didn't do anything to help me. I had to spend more money to have a seamstress fix it.
