Absolutely appalling salesmanship and dishonesty at this place. While speaking with our salesperson was a decent experience, their "management" team, a term I use very loosely because I can't believe if they can even manage tying their own shoe laces, are dishonest, condescending in response, sleazy and signify every sales stereotype that is known. We will take the extra time and visit other Toyota dealers for our purchase and am adamant that everyone else do the same.
