The General Manager Derek is one of the worst mana...

The General Manager Derek is one of the worst managers I have been unfortunate enough to come across. I tried to get money out the ATM, but it didn t dispense any money. (lack of funds was not the issue... just an atm malfunction.) So I hit a different ATM and come back to the store and ask to talk to the manager because their atm did not dispense cash to me, but the money was taken out of my bank account. This fool Derek walks up and I explain what happened and he thinks I m lying!! He tells me I can assure you our atm works perfectly fine, and that no money was taken from your bank account if cash was not dispensed. So I pull up my bank statement and show him where the money came out. However the charge was still pending. He tells me to wait until the charge is no longer pending to see if it clears itself up. If not, he said come back in and he will make it right. Well i have come back in multiple times looking for derek, called many a times to try and get him to make this right for taking my money. All to no avail. He won t return calls, he won t come up to the lobby to talk to me, nothing. Just accused me of lying, took my money, and then ghosted me. If i ever see this fool again outside the depo it s heads on sight. Everyone else who works at this depo though is awesome. Just not the
manager derek. He s icky.
