So it started while I was deployed to Iraq. My wife Laura reached out to Russ at Bluebonnet and was communicating with him to let him know that I was considering looking at getting a new jeep so he had shown her some pics that she sent to me to look at. He said to come and see him when we were ready. When I got home I was driving my jeep and I blew a rod so my wife and I went to find Russ. It's hard finding a person that understands why people love jeeps and as soon as I started to talk to Russ I knew that he understood my love for Jeep Wranglers. He shared personal stories that helped me know that he had a love and passion for Jeeps as I do. We talked about off roading and standard Jeeps. He made me feel very relaxed and not rushed, especially just fresh from returning from deployment. He is a model to follow for other sales persons.
