Scheduled an appointment with John Nagle of the body shop, at 9:00 AM. When I set the appointment, I told him that I didn't have time to waste (by the way 9-5 hours, is your target market exclusively housewives?) because I needed to get to work. He assured me that he would have me out by 9:15. I walked in at 9:00, like we'd agreed upon, and Mr. Nagle sat there on the phone until 9:10. So I left. If that is customer service, I wouldn t give them business unless you have a lot of time to waste. But, then again, unless you don't have a job, you'll probably need to go elsewhere.
