Terrible service, they want to sell you something used as new.
I was interested in buying an Aorus cv27f monitor, on their Facebook page they say that the model they have is the cv27q and it is not, then they do not respect the price that they commented in that publication. Second, I had to go to the store because they did not respond to the messages I wrote on imbox and there I see that the monitor is not in its box but they have it installed in their "design studio", where according to you it is less than a week, but looking at the condition and the dust on it, you can see that they have been using it for a long time.
And how last the price, they told me that it was 1699, it is supposed to be new, When I asked at the store, they told me 1800, then I complained about the use, status of the monitor and they told me that at least they left it at 1700 so used.
That is why I say that they want to sell a used product as new, because clearly the monitor is being used and the price at which they want to sell it is the same as the one they responded to at the beginning.
