Unfortunately on this last stay my 3 year old son ...

Unfortunately on this last stay my 3 year old son got a piece of glass in his foot and it was amazing to see the lack of importance the front desk gave the situation. I would think that the well-being of your guest should always be a priority.

I'm very disappointed and hope this situation does not happen again.
